Woman's body found in Annapolis ravine

Victim identified as Diane Donati, 48

 ANNAPOLIS, Md. —A person walking their dog found the body of dead woman Friday morning in Annapolis.

The woman, who was identified as Diane Donati, 48, was fully clothed and dressed for cold weather. She had a blue blanket wrapped around her shoulders.
An autopsy was completed and a preliminary ruling is Donati's death was accidental and caused by hypothermia. Toxicology results are still pending.
Donati's body was found in the 700 block of Bestgate Road, lying in a ravine behind a sediment pond.
Preliminary examination revealed no outward signs of trauma or foul play. There are no suspicious indicators and the case is not being investigated as a homicide.
The investigation in ongoing.
