Man shot in head, neck dies in northeast Baltimore

Police officers called to Frankford Avenue

 BALTTIMORE —A man shot in the head and neck in northeast Baltimore has died.

City police said officers were called around 10:30 p.m. Saturday to the 4400 block of Frankford Avenue, where they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.The victim died at the scene.
