Firefighters battled a two-alarm blaze at an apartment building near Martin State Airport in the Middle River area Thursday evening.
Baltimore County firefighters were called to the 1000 block of Wilson Point Road in Middle River just before 7 p.m., where they found flames coming from a two-story apartment building.
Several people had to be rescued from the building, but officials said no one was hurt.
It took firefighters about 40 minutes to get the blaze under control.
Fire officials said they're still working to find a cause. There's no word yet on how much damage was done.
