A three-car crash has blocked two lanes of Interstate 83 northbound.
It happened near North Avenue in Baltimore on Monday evening, SkyTeam 11 Capt. Roy Taylor reported.
There was no immediate word on what caused the crash or the extent of injuries, if any.
Traffic in the area is experiencing delays.
