A 42-year-old Owings man crashed his motorcycle and died Saturday morning in Elkridge, police said.
David Roy Spriggs lost control of a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle on Route 1 south as he attempted to take the exit for Route 100 around 3:30 a.m., according to Howard County police.
Spriggs was thrown from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at St. Agnes Hospital, police said.
