Baltimore Ravens fans rejoice, season only getting started

Games against all three division rivals coming up in schedule

When you are world champions, there is no doubt that the expectation can be overwhelming. At the near mid-point of this football season, the Baltimore Ravens are staring at a 3-4 record with disappointed fans.

But in a sport like football, when fates can change in a matter of seconds and by inches, there’s no need for Baltimore fans to be anything other than confident that this season is far from over.
With games left against all three division rivals, the chance to recapture the lead in the AFC North is still there for the taking. With an out-of-conference schedule that features real opportunity for wins, the march toward the playoffs may be off course but it is not derailed. And let’s face it, the idea that this would be an undefeated season with an easy road to another Super Bowl was never a reality. Not since the Patriots in 2004 and 2005 has a team repeated as Super Bowl champs.
History is often a predictor of the future, but it doesn't have to be. That’s one of the main reasons we love professional football and our Ravens because anything is possible. So Baltimore fans rejoice, the season is only getting started!
