Shootings leave 3 men dead, 2 of which were brothers

Shootings happened Tuesday afternoon; No arrests made so far

 


BALTIMORE —Baltimore police said three men, two of which were brothers, were shot and killed during two separate incidents Tuesday.

The first shooting happened around 4:45 p.m. in the 200 block of South Wolfe Street in Upper Fells Point.Officers responding to the shooting found two men with gunshot wounds to their upper bodies. They were identified Wednesday as 30-year-old Karl Berrain and 25-year-old Kurt Berrain. 
Both men were taken to area hospitals, where they died.
Around 5:20 p.m. in east Baltimore, police were called to East Oliver and Holbrook streets for reports of a man shot.
That man, identified Wednesday as 50-year-old Kenneth Stowers, was taken to a hospital with several gunshot wounds.  He later died.
No other details about either case have been made available, and no arrests have been made.
