Police ask for public's help in Loch Raven shooting

Authorities release surveillance video of 7-Eleven shooting

Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in the video who is described as a man with a light complexion (pictured left). Detectives are also looking to identify another man who was in the store at the time of the shooting (pictured right).

 LOCH RAVEN, Md. —Baltimore County police on Wednesday have released a surveillance video of an armed robbery suspect involved in shooting a clerk at a Loch Raven convenience store.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in the ongoing investigation.
Police were called to the 7-Eleven convenience store at 8621 Pleasant Plains Road for a report of a shooting around 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 8.
Officers said they discovered an employee was suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Investigators said the employee was in the store when he was shot by the suspect, who then fled.
Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in the video who is described as a man with a light complexion.
Detectives are also looking to identify another man who was in the store at the time of the shooting, as he might have additional details about the crime.
The Baltimore County Police Department is asking anyone with information about this crime to contact detectives at 410-307-2020.
