Woman in critical condition after Baltimore stabbing

Woman found stabbed multiple times on Amberwood Road 
BALTIMORE —Baltimore police have a person in custody in connection with a stabbing Saturday.

City officers were called shortly after 1:30 p.m. to the 6000 block of Amberwood Road, where they found a woman suffering from stab wounds. She was taken to an area hospital, where she was in critical condition.
Police initially reported the woman had died.
Police identified the suspect as Gregory Hilton-Washington, 21. He was charged with first-degree attempted murder, first- and second-degree assault, dangerous weapon with the intent to injure, reckless endangerment and first-degree breaking and entering.
