1 killed, 1 injured in Baltimore car vs. train crash

Incident happened in southwest Baltimore early Tuesday

BALTIMORE —Baltimore City fire officials said one person was killed and another was seriously injured in a crash involving a car and a train early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened around 6:20 a.m. on train tracks at Hollins Ferry Road and Paca Street in southwest Baltimore.
Few details have been released, but city fire officials said one person was killed in the collision, and another person was taken to a local hospital in serious condition. It's unclear if the victims were in the car or on the train.
It's also unclear so far how the crash happened.
All lanes are closed at Hollins Ferry Road in that area due to the crash. 11 News traffic reporter Sarah Caldwell said MARC Train No. 845 is also stopped on the tracks.
